2. What data we process
Data entered in the contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, cargo and route details, message and language. Technical data: IP address for spam protection (stored as a hash for rate-limiting) and server logs.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Handling your request and preparing an offer — pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Website security and abuse prevention — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Loading the Google map — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Recipients
Hosting provider, e-mail provider and, if you consent to the map, Google Ireland Ltd. We do not sell data or share it for marketing. Data needed to organise a shipment may be passed to carriers and customs authorities only after you place an order.
5. Retention
Requests are stored for no longer than 24 months and then deleted automatically, unless needed to perform a contract or meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie (form security) and the “cc” cookie storing your choice. The Google map loads only after your consent; you can change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
